This App has been developed to give the Penitentiary Policeman a convenient support for storing and managing service shifts.Installation and unlocking of the applicationOnce the application has been downloaded and installed on your device, it is necessary to fill in the form for remote data control (check registration with the Autonomous Police Prison Union).
The unlocking PIN of the app will then be sent to your previously entered email. From the menu at the top right with select the item: USER DATAIt is advisable to carry out this step before proceeding to use the application.Choose the type of weekly timetable ..Proceed by tapping the "Ordinary Leave" button: enter your Urinary Leave and the Suppressed Holidays of the current year (in the first entry, it is appropriate to also incorporate the inventories of previous years) by touching the green icon (+).Select the day of the patron saint and add with (+).Use the "Administrative data" button to update data for the salary calculation (New function).For the monthly management of the ACTUAL / SCHEDULED SERVICE, select from the menu at the top right, the item: MONTHLY SERVICEActual ServiceTo carry out the daily registration of the actual service performed in the month and year of reference (by default it is positioned in the current month and year and move between the months using the arrows) select the day concerned with a touch to open the insertion window; choose the following items:- Service hours;- Service place;- Absences;- Attendance- Other;- Choice of the Fesi.- Notes on the service (New function)> Service hours: by touching the blue upper area, you can customize the service hours and enter it in the "Service shifts" list.> Service shifts: (pre-set only with 4 times) list to be increased at will with the procedure previously described.
Select the time by touching the green icon (
✔) and delete from the list using the red icon (X).> Absences list: (pre-set) list with the various absences from the service.Select the absence by touching the green icon (
✔).> Service station: possibility to customize the service station by inserting it in the appropriate field (with the possibility to pre-set the "type of presence" and "Fesi") and update by touching the green button (+); will be entered and stored in the list below.
To select the stored place, touch the green icon (
✔).
to cancel touch the red icon (X).> Presence type: (pre-set) list of possible presences made in service.
Select the absence by touching the green icon (
